Thank you all for your support! It has really helped. I have now contacted occ health and am on the verge of asking my manager for a reduction in hours! Think that I am starting to finally accept this and move forward = not easy though! Scared to death I will loose my job. Dont want to give up my job I just cant seem to work all week, if I do I have to lie down all weekend as I am so exausted!

I certainly understand how you feel i was a full time manager of Insurance Broker and the stress and long
hours which came with the job - I found that I could not cope. I am now a clerk in the same office
(not that easy) but at the mo. I do 12 hours , 2 days of 6 hours each, but I don't actually cope with
that very well either. Horriblle decision to have to make though especially when used to the money
